TrainHeroic App for Weight Room Conditioning

This year we will be continuing to train and track our weight room workouts using an app called TrainHeroic.  Each athlete should download the app and set up an account prior to arriving for conditioning.

Here is how each of you will set up your TrainHeroic account in 3 easy steps:

1. Download the app at the iOS App Store or Google Play store by searching for TrainHeroic
2. Type in this access code: 1495118319
3. Create your account

Here is the direct link if you are not using the app on your phone:

On a daily basis, you'll view our workouts, log your performance, track your data, talk smack, and see how you're doing on a daily leaderboard.

We're excited and you should be too!

If you have any questions, please let me know.

If you have any technical issues along the way, please email

A great way to prepare for fall tryouts is to attend individual camps or clinics, condition, and to simply play as much as you can during the summer…so grab a few friends and play ball!  The options vary from overnight camp to drop-in games at a local court.

Here’s where you can find great information:

  •  Go to Girls Varsity Volleyball, News or Headlines, to find out about WP Volleyball Youth FUNdamentals Camp

Have Fun!
